The company was founded by Entrepreneur Dan Williams. Mr. Williams received his B.A. from East Carolina University. For many years, Dan R. Williams was an energy consultant with the Washington, DC based firm of AC, Inc. In 1991 and 1992 he worked closely with the United States Congress to advance the creation of the best possible energy policy bill. That energy policy act has become law. For his efforts, he received a Special Recognition award from the Association of Energy Engineers. After many years in the world of energy engineering, Dan moved on to a career in commercial and residential real estate. After a short time in the real estate business, Mr. Williams put together the financing he needed and the Capitol Hill Press Club Office Complex was opened in 1993. Dan has been running and growing the business successfully for over 17 years now.
